| About the Author
Gary Danelishen holds a Master of Science degree in rural sociology from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Baldwin-Wallace College. A veteran of the active duty Air Force, where he served as a Computer and Information Systems Technician, he began work on The Final Theory of Chess during his first semester of undergraduate studies following separation from active duty. During these four years of college and book writing, he also married his wife, Natalie. Together, they have a son and a daughter. He is the author of two articles on the subject of economics. This is his first book.
